Customer Pick Up Policy
Customer Pick Up is available the same day for all in stock merchandise from our on site warehouse. Please note, pick up hours may differ from regular store hours. For current pick up hours please visit our “Hours & Location” page.
Customer pickup does not include product assembly, quality inspection, or removal of packaging. Items picked up may require assembly.
Our warehouse handles customer pick ups on a “first come, first serve” basis, wait times may vary.
Adams Furniture will load merchandise in or onto your vehicle, but we cannot secure the goods, twine is provided.
Customer assumes all risks associated with transportation of picked up merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise prior to pick up, we cannot accept claims for damages once the merchandise has left the pick-up center. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure all door and stairways before ordering. Adams Furniture is not responsible if merchandise does not fit, we cannot move, haul or rearrange customers' existing furniture.
Delivery Days: Deliveries are made Tuesday - Saturday. Specific days have been set up for each individual town. Deliveries outside of our normal schedule may take longer.
Delivery Fee: Delivery Fees are calculated based on address and items purchased. Please use the “Shipping Calculator” located in the shopping cart.
Delivery Times: 7AM - 4PM. A 4-hour time window is provided the night before your delivery. All delivery time frames are approximate only. You will be able to track your order on the day of delivery by visiting our “Delivery Tracker” page.
What's Included: Your items will be carefully inspected at our warehouse before they are loaded onto one of our delivery trucks. Our delivery team will perform any needed assembly and place furniture in the room of your choice. All packaging materials will be removed at the end of your delivery.
What’s Not Included: We cannot remove or rearrange any existing furniture.
Customer’s Responsibility: All sales must be paid in full or finance approved at least 48 hours prior to delivery. All walkways, hallways, and landings must be clear and free from all obstructions including snow and ice. Rooms must be ready to receive merchandise, our delivery team will not move or rearrange any existing furniture. Our delivery team will walk furniture up a maximum of 3 flights of stairs, an elevator is required for floors of 4 or more. For the safety of your pets and our team, please secure pets in a separate room on the day of your delivery.
An adult, over the age of 18, must be present at the time of delivery. Any missed deliveries, or deliveries where there is not an adult present will be rescheduled and incur a 2nd delivery charge.
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure all entrances, hallways, stairways, and spaces prior to delivery to insure the furniture will fit. If items are unable to fit at time of delivery the delivery charge is non refundable.
At the end of your delivery, inspect your items before signing the delivery slip stating that all merchandise was received in good condition. We will not accept any damage claims after delivery unless they are noted on the delivery slip.
