Cancellations
Prior to Customer Pick Up or up to 24 hours prior to Delivery, cancellations will be accepted with the exception of special order purchases.
Deliveries canceled on the day of the delivery will forfeit delivery charge.
Special Order Purchases cannot be canceled or changed more than 48 hours after placing the initial order.
Deposits on cancellations remain as in-store credit, unless otherwise specified.
No refunds or reselections are allowed after delivery or pickup of merchandise.

Refunds
If payment was made by debit or credit card, that same card will be issued a credit upon authorized refund.
If payment was made by cash or personal check, Adams Furniture will issue a refund by check, we cannot issue cash refunds. Refund checks will be issued no sooner than 7 days. Refund checks can only be made out to the name on the original sale.

Damage Claims
Any damage must be reported to Adams Furniture within one day after delivery and will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services.
Please Note
Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Adams Furniture will not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.
