ALL DELIVERY TIME FRAMES ARE APPROXIMATE ONLY! ADAMS FURNITURE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN DELIVERY TIME FRAMES.
Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written.  Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.

ALL EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SELLER APPROVAL. A minimum fee of 25% of the purchase price will be assessed (restocking fee) on seller approved returns, exchanges or cancellations. Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up. It is the Buyers responsibility to inspect all merchandise prior to pick up, we cannot accept claims for damage once the merchandise has left the pick-up center. Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is not responsible purchased that is too large to fit. Buyer agrees to the height of any foundation ordered. Seller cannot move, haul or rearrange customers existing furniture. Seller retains the right to refuse to handle any merchandise considered to be in an unsanitary condition. Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized on this order. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer warranty, if any. Our products are covered by a (1) year manufacturer warranty, clearance merchandise purchased is excluded from this guarantee. You must report any manufacturing defects to Customer Service within one (1) year of your purchase. Claims reported after (1) year will not be honored. BUYER LAYAWAYS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. Buyer agrees to complete payments on schedule, or proceeds of prior payments towards layaways may be forfeited.
