If within 30 days of purchase you are able to find the same item for less from any authorized dealer in Massachusetts, bring in a proof, and we will refund the difference to you.

For the convenience of our customers, Adams Furniture offers multiple options for getting your new purchase home. Whether you choose in store pick up or delivery, we want to ensure a hassle free experience.
All customer are welcome to pick up their purchase simultaneously after completing their purchase.
For customer pickup of products, each customer is responsible for providing a safe, spacious vehicle for transport. Adams Furniture is not responsible for securing furniture onto your vehicle.
Adams Furniture delivers anywhere in Massachusetts for a charge that is determined on the distance and type of service. Our professional movers will deliver your new purchase during a time frame convenient for you. Adams Furniture reserves the right to delay deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur on your day of delivery.
In preparation for the delivery, we ask that our customers provide a clear and free path for delivery. Stairways, elevators, and doorways must be large enough to allow safe handling of your furniture. We suggest the use of protective material on any exposed floors and the removal or any objects that may pose a problem during the delivery. Adams furniture is not responsible for any damages that may result from a delivery.
Same Day Delivery
Why wait! if you can have your merchandise delivered same day of your purchase.
Orders within our local delivery area qualify for same day delivery. Time and other restrictions may apply so please contact customer service for more information regarding same day deliveries.
No Hassel Return Policy
At Adams Furniture we always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, notify us within 3 days to exchange the item or to receive a refund less any applicable delivery and pickup charges. A restocking fee will be applied to items returned after 7 days.
Mattress pads, pillows, and linens are considered final sale and are not permitted for reselection or a refund.
Only mattresses under the 30 day satisfaction guarantee are applicable for reselection. They may be replaced with a different model mattress, of an equal or higher price, of the same manufacturer. Customer is responsible for any price difference.
Non-Refundable items will also apply to all special orders, clearance item sales, and as-is sales.
Any canceled layaway or special order deposits will receive a store credit valid for one year.
